DELIVERY

All goods will be sent using the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service. Goods in stock will be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. Goods not in stock will be considered a pre-order item and will be dispatched in 14 - 21 days (or earlier where possible). When placing an order you will be advised of the dispatch date, orders may be dispatched earlier where possible.

Refunds

If your order has been shipped, we cannot stop that shipment. The goods will have to arrive with you before any exchange can be given. Exchanges and refunds are free of charge - the only cost to you will be the shipping both ways. Please be certain to use a delivery method with proof of delivery and insurance. If your goods fail to reach us, we cannot issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, you have 7 working days to contact us to receive approval for a refund and dispatch the product back to us. You must cover the costs for the shipping, handling and any associated fees. This exchange applies to the original purchaser of the goods and is non-transferable. Please be certain to use a delivery method with proof of delivery and insurance. If your goods fail to reach us, we cannot issue a refund.

Returns

You request to return an item for a refund, or exchange it within 28 days of receiving your order. For damaged goods, we will cover the cost of shipping. Return of unwanted goods are free of charge - the only cost to you will be the shipping both ways. Please be certain to use a delivery method with proof of delivery and insurance. If your goods fail to reach us, we can only be sympathetic.

Approval

Please email us to get approval to return before shipping your item for exchange. If your product has been damaged in any way, it may be rejected. Please return it in it's original condition and packaging with no modifications. If you have been wearing your garment (beyond simply trying it on) then we cannot accept this for return.

Shipping

Please be certain to use a delivery method with proof of delivery and insurance. If your goods fail to reach us, we can only be sympathetic. All shipping, handling and any associated fees are your responsibility. This includes fees for shipping the garment both ways. Please use the original packaging to avoid damage when being delivered back to us. If your product has been damaged in any way, it may be rejected.

Customs Regulations (For Shipments Outside the US)

To comply with the regulations of US Customs, you must include the exact phrase, "Unites States goods being returned" on the shipping documentation, as well as attaching the provided .pdf customs invoice to the outside of the shipment. Please also indicate the category of the goods as “Return" on customs forms (this is usually in a check box format). Please write in the country of origin of the goods as "United States." Should there be any customs or duty fees as a result of sending your package to us, we will charge them to you along with a nominal fee for processing this additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:

If your order has not been shipped out, it can be cancelled free of charge. If you have received confirmation of dispatch, you can request to return an item for a refund, or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.
